Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms explain how you can use NicolaCairnX.com and my linked pages, including my landing pages, the Circle and my offer pages ("the site"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The site is run by Nicola Cairncross, trading as NicolaCairnX. I'm a sole trader based in England and not VAT registered.
1. Using the site
You're welcome to browse, read and share links. Please don't misuse it: no hacking, scraping, spamming or anything unlawful. I may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.
2. General information, not advice
Everything here is general information and education, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Please check anything important with a qualified professional.
3. My content
The words, videos, images, logos and playbooks on the site belong to me (or are used with permission). Share links and short quotes with credit, but please don't copy, resell or republish my content without written permission.
4. Links to other sites
I don't control other websites and tools I link to, so I'm not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
5. Buying from me
If you buy a product, programme or membership, the terms shown at checkout also apply, and take priority for that purchase.
6. How I use AI
I use AI tools, including an AI Assistant, to help create my content, emails and materials and run my admin. I review what goes out in my name. Some videos use an AI version of my own face and voice, made with my permission and always labelled as AI-generated.
7. Liability
I can't promise the site will always be available, error-free or up to date. As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability where that would be unlawful, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Your privacy
See my Privacy Policy: https://ncxprivacy.carrd.co/
9. Changes
I may update these terms; the latest version and date will always be on this page.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts in Brighton, England.
